Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Compound Acquisition ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services

Compound Acquisition provides AI automation services including AI receptionist systems, lead qualification automation, and AI consulting services. Services are provided on a subscription or project basis as outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for: (a) providing accurate information necessary for service delivery; (b) ensuring their use of AI systems complies with applicable laws; (c) obtaining necessary consents from their customers for AI-assisted communications; (d) maintaining confidentiality of any access credentials provided.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after written notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All AI systems, workflows, and custom implementations built by Compound Acquisition remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Compound Acquisition retains the right to use non-identifying implementation patterns for future client work.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compound Acquisition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Compound Acquisition may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or illegal use. Upon termination, client data will be returned or deleted per the privacy policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cameron County, Texas.

9. SMS Program

Compound Acquisition LLC offers an SMS messaging program for appointment reminders, service updates, notifications, and optional promotional messages. By opting in through our website forms, you agree to receive automated text messages at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services.

10. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message. You may opt back in at any time by submitting a new form on our website or contacting us directly.

11. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Compound Acquisition LLC is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred by your carrier.

12. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Compound Acquisition LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not responsible for the content of any messages sent through our SMS program.

13. Age Restriction

Our SMS messaging program is intended for users aged 18 and older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If we become aware that a person under 18 has opted in, we will promptly remove their information from our messaging list.
